    Artur Burgardt is Managing Partner at CORE and specialized in the management of agile implementation projects within complex contexts. As a theoretical physicist, he gained his first professional experience as a Business Analyst with large financial service providers and acquired basic knowledge regarding the development of core banking systems. This career step led him to CORE. With his extensive knowledge and in addition to projects with clients, Artur is responsible for the knowledge management at CORE.

    Christian Böhning is Managing Director of CORE and responsible for COREconsulting with a focus on planning and steering of complex IT transformations, especially in the context of architecture modernization and realignment of IT organizations. Christian holds a degree in computer science and has more than 15 years of professional experience in managing technology-driven transformations in the financial industry. Before founding CORE, he was responsible for designing and implementing transformations of core banking systems at major banks in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

    Fabian Meyer

    As Managing Partner, Fabian Meyer is responsible for COREconsulting, focusing on the internationalization of CORE's offerings. In the client dimension, he is responsible for the implementation of complex IT projects with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, payments and transaction banking. During his business studies, which he completed with a master's degree in Mannheim, he gained experience as a management consultant and founder. He has several years of consulting experience in the technology sector.

    Martin Groschke

    As Managing Partner, Martin Groschke is responsible for COREengineering. He holds a degree in business administration and is responsible for the insurance sector within CORE's client portfolio. In addition to further developing our human resources division, he is also involved in expanding our network with universities and colleges. During his studies, he already worked in a leading position at a student consulting firm as well as within the frame of various projects for internationally renowned consulting companies.
